We believe in rewarding people for doing good deeds, and are thankful to be able to help people earn some money, whilst helping their network of contacts.

You don’t need to do much at all.

You don’t even need to be a VoIP expert, specialist nor geek.

You just have to be open to learning and earning.

It is free to join us and there are zero sales targets or commitments.

We are looking to work with people who are willing to help themselves, as well as others, and the way it works is this.

During your normal conversations, you may come across someone who needs a VoIP service, or is looking to save money on their existing VoIP Service.

This person is a ‘lead’.

You can then either pass that warmed-up lead to us and we can take care of the rest, or, we’d prefer to liaise/collaborate with you so you learn more about how the process works.

That way, you’ll feel more comfortable chatting to people about VoIP and be able to tap into the enormous market that is already evolving.

Either way, YOU get paid!

Online Training & Support

You don’t know, what you don’t know, until, someone else asks a question which makes you realise you didn’t know that.

We host monthly Q&A Sessions via Zoom for 30 minutes. We invariably run over because we don’t like to leave questions unanswered.

No, and No. There is no fee to become an affiliate and there are no sales targets or minimum commitments. We just want to facilitate a way to help people earn an extra income.

No, there is no formal training required, we take care of everything and no technical nor VoIP knowledge is required. However, we do recommend joining as an Affiliate which gives access to the exlsuive Whatsapp Group Chats and the monthly Zoom Q&A Sessions. This is where learning about VoIP accelerates and the more an Affiliate understands about VoIP, the more likely they are to proactively chat with prospects about VoIP, rather than shy away from it.

Yes, we want to be as transparent, open and honest as possible, therefor this website ( www.mihvoip.co.uk ) is a customer-facing website, so the prices they see are what the customer pays. This way, everyone sees the same price and it is our aim to treat everyone equally. Such as, no introductory offers. Everyone is equal.

You don’t need to, we have 2 ways to manage this. You can be as “Hands On” or “Hands Off” as much as possible. Ultimately your role is to simply get warmed-up leads of people looking for a VOIP solution. We will help you along the way so you learn more, so you can earn more. But ultimately, we do most of the work, but you get paid too. We prefer and want the Hands-On Approach from the Affiliates, it is highly likely that the Affiliate will pick up ‘other business’ such as Utilities for the Home or Commercial Sector (which we can point you in a good direction if you don’t already have one) or any other business you are involved with, or refer to your Business contacts if you can’t help. It’s all about helping people.

This is done on the “Home VoIP” page where the customer picks their Call Bundle, choose whether they wish to Rent or Buy the VoIP Adapter (if required) then complete “Step 1 – VoIP Order”, “Step 2 – Direct Debit Mandate” & “Step 3 – Number Port Authority Form” (if required).

The forms comes through to us and we can then get started.

Please be sure that they put your name down as the person who referred them. That way we can ensure the commission goes to the correct Affiliate. It is our preference where possible, that the Affiliate helps the customer through the processes because we want to help you to get more referrals. We’re all about team work making the dream work.

Commercial Customers tend to have more variables and options to be discussed, so we need to take a different approach.

1 – Ideally, and we have found this method to work exceedingly well, is to set up a Whatsapp group chat with the prospective customer and ourselves (07739 490 187). If the affiliate introduces both parties then we know who we are dealing with and join in the chat. We will arrange a date and time to call the prospective customer to discuss the current situation and needs. In most cases the prospective customer gives us permission to recap the conversation in the whatsapp group chat so the Affiliate (often a person known to the Prospective customer) is kept in the loop. This way, the affiliate learns more about the process, thus increasing their confidence and knowledge about VoIP and the many amazing benefits and options it creates.

2 – If the Whatsapp chat is not acceptable, we request the “VoIP Enquiry Form” on the home page is completed and we will reach out to the prospective customer to discuss their current situation and needs. Please be sure that they put your name down as the person who referred them. That way we can ensure the commission goes to the correct affiliate.

It is important that you tell your prospect to work with YOU, or, if they fill out the form to ensure they name you on the “Who referred you” question. As a part of our process, we will be building rapport with the Customer, we want a good relationship with our customers, and in that rapport building, we will be asking how they heard of us and then allocating accordingly. We want to cover all bases to ensure the Affiliate gets their commission.

There are 2 payments for Affiliates with us.

1 – One Off – we pay a one-off finders fee of £10 for a Residential or Commercial Customer.

2 – Monthly passive income – Affiliates are paid a monthly commission of £2 per VoIP User License per month* and an extra 50 pence if a Call Bundle is added.

* – 1 VoIP user license allows the user to make/receive 1 phone call at a time, this is standard for Residential Customers. Commercial customers can vary greatly, we can add or remove VoIP user licenses on a 30-day rolling notice. It is commonplace that Commercial customers require multiple VoIP User Licenses to suit their business needs. We can scale this up or down for the customer.

This is paid directly to the Affiliate by Bank Transfer on or around the 25th of the Month, when commission is due. On the Affiliate interest form we request the Bank details to make the payment to.

Commission payments are due when the customer has paid their 3rd Bill with us and is back dated to the customers first full month of service with us.

An engineer can attend on-site at a cost, but the technology is really straightforward to plug in. No technical knowledge is required. It is our preference and desire to work with Affiliates local to the customer to provide a local helping hand IF ever required. It is highly recommended to keep tuned in for future training and support on how easy this is for you to install.

The more the client appreciates what you can do for them, the longer they will stay with you and you are more likely to pick up other potential business (depending on what else you can do) if you ask questions like… “Is there anything else you need help with?”. You may be able to offer a solution or know someone who can and refer them to your Business Network.

Yes, we’re happy to help whoever needs help and advice regarding VoIP. It’s all quite confusing to a lot of people. We would urge them to have a good look through this website first.

Yes. We will be developing a multi-tiered commission payment structure so you and those you introduce can benefit.

No, but that is your decision. We suggest not because this is a fast-growing market and you may lose out if the person(s) you had in mind finds out about us from different avenues. We have a plan in place to compensate any introducers of new Affiliates in the meantime and for the long term.

By holding off, the Customer base, of that person working in the Utilities Sector (for example) could be at jeopardy and lost. We are hearing of cutsomers being attracted to other providers due to their advertising about securing the customers’ landline number in this evolution of Landlines.

We have already run a few group sessions and still get requests now to host group sessions to give further information and insight to this emerging and confusing industry. If you know a few people who would like to learn more and would like to plan a group session then we would like to hear from you so we can get that arranged for you. We have seen quite a few professionals in the Utilities sector run into problems when moving customers from BT, EE, Vodafone, Sky, Virgin Media or Kingston.

For this reason, numerous members of our Community who are Leaders of teams in network marketing businesses, are already working to arrange a Zoom meeting for us to talk to their Team Members. With a view to educate them on this new emerging technology so they can be better equipped.
