Our offices are now closed. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm. Please leave a message and we will get back to you during office hours.

Our systems will email you with the audio file and transcription of the Voicemail message left. We can set the voicemails to automatically delete after they have been emailed, or leave them there for you to access via the VoIP App or VoIP Phone.

Call Timers

These are your Business opening hours, so if you are open for business, your VoIP Phone(s) will ring, and if you are closed, then any incoming calls will go directly to your Voicemail for you to pick up at your convenience.

Let us know your Business opening hours, and we can set these up for you. We will need an out-of-hours call greeting to play, see below.

Call Greetings

These can give a more professional or friendly edge to your business, depending on your wording and how you want them to sound. These can be 2 versions, or just 1 version if you don’t want any “Call Timers” set up.

Auto-attendants

You may have different business locations, 1 number for the same Restaurant chain, but multiple venues to eat.

You may have different departments such as Sales, Support or Accounts, etc.

We can set up an Auto attendant where the caller can hear your Call Greeting, then they can hear something like…

Thank you for calling MIH VoIP, please press 1 for Sales, 2 for Support or 3 for Accounts.

Your messages, your way

The Auto Attendant, Voicemail and Call Greetings can say anything you like. Send us a script, and we can create it using our text-to-speech tool—but we recommend a real human voice.

If you have an audio file, you can send it via WhatsApp.

If not, record one with your phone’s sound recorder or WhatsApp voice note. Many customers send multiple versions while practising; we’ll either use the last one or the one you choose. Send as many as you like—we want you to be happy with your message.

Call Recordings

We can enable call recording for your account, accessible via any web browser. This is useful if you need to revisit a conversation. Please ensure to let us know if you want us to enable this feature.

Note: Call recordings can’t be used for legal matters unless the other party is informed. Incoming calls are covered if you have a “Call Greeting” set. For outgoing calls, get into the habit of saying, “All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.”

Desk Phones & Cordless Phones.

We can supply Desk Phones or Cordless phones programmed with your VOIP Account with us, or reconfigure any existing VoIP Phones you may have.

You can have multiple devices for your VoIP Account with us, so you can use what is best for you.

    • Multiple User licenses

    Maybe you have hired more staff, or taken on a Virtual assistant or someone to handle your calls for you. Maybe you need to transfer calls to different people in your business. We can scale and grow with you by adding Users as and when you need to.
