Yes, as long as the Landline Telephone number is live and working (even if with another provider’s VoIP service), then it can be ported across. We proactively work with the customer to inform of the expected date the Port is due to take place and again on the day to say the Port has taken place.
It takes between 7 & 21 days for a Number to port, in most cases it takes 7 days but there can be setbacks, delays and problems, so we ensure to set expectations properly.
